Burger Grill in Ketchum

Food is excellent, service is a little bit lacking. I was sitting at my table a good 10 minutes while the servers stood at their station and talked. Not good.

The Sawtooth Club is a Ketchum institution! Great bar and food menu and super cozy and inviting. I love when I get lucky to sit by the two -sided fireplace.

Had a 6 pm reservation. No one acknowledged us. Waited around for a while. It was not a busy time. Gave up and went to our favorite, the Pioneer Saloon and had another delicious dinner.

Always good food, atmosphere pops with ski village ambiance. Great service. One of our favorites in Sun Vslley.

Food was great. I had the filet and it was incredible.

Staff was great, treated all of us including my battles service dog excellent. Food was superb, you have to try the rib eye.

So crowded, really loud, and only about 11 things to choose from on the menu. Way overpriced in my opinion but I guess it's to be expected for the area. The food was good but I wouldn't choose to go there again.

Dinner tonight at Sawtooth Club; the outside deck is great, food was wonderful, worst service EVER!!! Very disheartening when a table full of drinkers comes in so you get ignored. Although it wasn't great before they came in. Dirty glasses, food in the bottom of my husbands soda, appetizers brought without dishes, I was not brought what I ordered, we were never offered drink refills. After finishing our dinner with all appetizer dishes, salad plates, and main entree dishes still on our tiny table for two, we went down to the bar to ask for our ticket. Our server had us an 8 top and gave away another two top that came in, that speaks volumes. It probably wouldn't have been so bad had we not had to watch the table full of drinkers getting 5 start service.

Always delicious. The Elk Stroganoff was really tasty! Good bar with nice wine and beer selection.

The Sawtooth Club was warm and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was the kind of place you just want to hang out with your friends. We had a great time there. A+

We sat upstairs by the kitchen and watched food go to every table around our table of 8. Customers came in, order, ate and left long before our table was fed and when the food finally arrived it was served one or two at a time. Half the table was done before the other half was fed. Life is way to short to waist any time at the Sawtooth Club. Management didn’t seem to have the time to visit about their poor service . To top off our very poor experience at the Sawtooth Club, our sever completely screwed up our bill. Please don’t waist your previous time or your hard earned money at the Sawtooth Club.

Very slow service. My husband had the meatloaf which was good. I ordered Caesar salad with light dressing which was served absolutely drenched. Our server was kind enough to bring me another salad which wasn’t quite as drenched with dressing as the first, but the salad was quite simply romaine lettuce with a lower grade bottled dressing, croutons from a bag, some shredded Parmesan cheese and very bland chicken. It was basically very similar to a salad I’d buy at Costco. Very disappointed.

Always great food and fun atmosphere

So friendly staff and very attentive however the food quality was lower than you would expect. Additionally we only had two drinks per person and they over charged us an extra drink each. So that was $18 overcharge. I didn't see the detail until filling in an expense report the following week. Watch them closely folks. Tip - The Pioneer is across the street - go there if you can.

A bit tricky to get to but oh so worth it!Genuinely friendly staff makes you feel welcome and at home We had elk burger and 2 piece fish and chips. YUMMMMM! 2 large pieces of fish and tasty fries. Burger was mouth watering, fresh and super tender . We will definitely return!

I had rack of lamb and it was superb! The wait staff was wonderful and we ate outside on the balcony. Barney

Very good food. A favorite when visiting Ketchum. I’ll be back!

We went last Saturday. Didn't realize the restaurant was closed until we got there. Didn't see it mentioned on their website, but it was fine as the bar had a limited menu offering some restaurant faves. I ordered the ribs, which were not my favorite as they didn't taste fresh. Almost like they were oven cooked, then grilled? Maybe reheated? Not sure. They had a lot of rub on them and were very sweet. My husband ordered the meatloaf which was amazing. Flavorful and delicious. A good sized portion too. I would prob go back when the restaurant is open and try again. Staff was friendly.

My wife and I just shared a few dishes. The butter nut squash was amazing! The seared ahi appetizer was really good. The mixed berry crisp was yummy, the chocolate cake was good but nothing special. Service was great.

Nailed the ribeye with flavor, it was not as tendor as most- more like a sirloin. The chicken Senegalese was tasty but drowning in sauce.

Upstairs dining has a nice ambience. Big windows let light in and you can see down into the first floor bar. Candle lantern at each table. Excellent food. Main entrees include mixed veggies that are delicious. Most main dishes are mid-20s. Service was top notch.

Waiter was happy to prep up a vegan bowl for me since there was nothing on menu I could order. Wonderfully accommodating staff, especially on Thanksgiving. And......Best chocolate cake I've ever had in my entire life.

A very nice atmosphere in this restaurant...... somewhat dark and candlelit inside so if that bugs you, you might not like it. Reminded me of a dinner lounge area in an old historic park lodge or something - very cool. We were there for happy hour so I can't comment on the dinners, but the happy hour choices are good and for a ski tourist town the prices were not over the top. We had the Quesadilla, and Sangria - both very good! The one negative was that the place wasn't overly busy.... but service was pretty slow. Overall we would visit again!

My wife and I has drinks, apps, entrees and a dessert.....all were great, as was the service.

My husband and I love this place, we come here whenever we can. Food is great upstairs and downstairs, drinks are great and service is great. Ignore all the bad reviews, they don't appreciate a great place when they see one.

Lamb, ribeye, ribs, shellfish pasta, and the brie app are all great! A Ketchum institution. Call ahead for patio seating in the summer. Great wine list and reasonable pricing.

Great food, service and experience as a whole! They served me some of the best pasta (New Orleans-Style Shellfish Pasta) I've ever had, the restaurant surely lived up to its expectation. Extremely friend staff, only drawback is the fact that they have a small selection for beer.

Party of 6 on December 30, 2019. EVERY place in Ketchum was packed and without a reservation the chance of dinner looked impossible. But Sawtooth Club offers open seating in the bar area and downstairs, and waiting was fun with lots of locals and great drinks from the bar. We snagged two couches in front of the fire and enjoyed small plates and good service. The small town eateries are wonderful, just make sure to call ahead for reservations!

Solid food and good service. Prices continue to climb however which makes the Sawtooth Club more of a special occasion place than a regular dinner spot.

The food was good but not superb. The waitstaff were friendly and quick to refill your glass.

Great food and service. The trout was delicious, as was the salad. Service was quite good, although the woman at the front of the restaurant who we dealt with first was condecending enough to give me pause. We decided to stay and were rewarded with a great waitress and great food.
